We hope you had a fantastic school year! We need your help to make next year even better.

Please take a moment to complete our survey and share your thoughts with the Adams Community Group (ACG).

Your feedback is crucial in helping us understand what you enjoyed and how we can improve our free events and fundraising efforts.
