Adams Elementary School

The staff at Adams Elementary is dedicated to helping students learn and grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Here at Adams, we focus on PRIDE. We use PRIDE as a way of teaching, encouraging, and reinforcing behavior.

PRIDE stands for—

• Perseverance – Keep trying even when it is hard.
• Respect – Be kind to others.
• Integrity – Be truthful and do the right thing
• Diversity – Appreciate differences.
• Excellence – Always do your best.

When caught in the act of showing PRIDE, students are given an “Awesome Alligator Award” by a staff member. During the year, students also earn PRIDE awards, special assemblies and other recognition for being a positive part of what makes Adams awesome!
